Shipping and Tracking

 

There are 5 different kinds of shipping methods available for your selection: 

 

Notice:

1. The information needed for shipping includes your full name, address and phone number. Please be aware that we can only ship your wedding dress by ZIP CODE address. PO Boxes or similar addresses are not available for shipping.

2. We will ship your wedding gown within 5 working days after finishing packing. And the tracking numbers will be provided for you to track at specific website by yourself.

3. If problems occur in the shipping of your wedding dress, we will contact you by email to explain the details.

4. We are not responsible for customs taxes, thus if your local customs or courier ask for taxes, you should pay by yourself.
